Building a home is not inexpensive. Greg's building costs were competitive with those of other custom home builders. Once and item was bid, the cost was never more than the bid. If the cost of an item came in under bid, then we could use the savings somewhere else. We developed a spread sheet of the items we had to shop for (lighting, flooring ect.) & that helped all of us to stay on task & budget.
Our house was completed within days of the target date, & the team worked very hard to meet that date. We have continued to be pleased with our home, the quality of the materials, workmanship & timely service for those minor adjustments needed in new home construction. It was truly a pleasure to work with this quality company.

We chose this company because we had spoken with previous customers who were satisfied and also because we were impressed with the thoroughness of the estimate we were given.
Greg demonstrated knowledge of his craft during the building process. We were furnished with catalogues and samples when we had to make choices regarding roofing, siding, electrical and plumbing fixtures, doors, etc. We also could choose to purchase items ourselves with the price charged adjusted accordingly.
